F1 Icons Set to Shine at 2026 Goodwood Festival of Speed

The 2026 Goodwood Festival of Speed will feature a stellar lineup of F1 teams and drivers bringing history and excitement to the renowned event. Highlights include Mercedes' Kimi Antonelli and McLaren's Lando Norris tackling the famous hillclimb.

This weekend, the 2026 Goodwood Festival of Speed returns, promising a showcase of legendary F1 teams and drivers from July 9-12. The theme, 'The Rivals – Epic Racing Duels', sets the stage for a thrilling event.

**Mercedes**

Leading the championship, Mercedes will feature Kimi Antonelli making his debut on Thursday. Fred Vesti will take the wheel of a retrofitted W13, draped in the 2026 livery, from Friday through Sunday. Fans can also try their hand at a pit stop on the 2018 W09 at the Mercedes fan hub.

**Ferrari**

Celebrating 75 years since their first Grand Prix win, Ferrari will mark the anniversary with a special presence at Goodwood, promising plenty of activities for Scuderia enthusiasts.

**McLaren**

Lando Norris will grace the Balcony of Goodwood House on Saturday, joined by Moto GP legend Valentino Rossi. He'll also tackle the hill in the MCL60, McLaren's 2023 car. Reserve driver Leonardo Fornaroli will share driving duties with Bruno Senna in heritage cars like the 1993 MP4/8 and the championship-winning M23 from 1976.

**Red Bull and Racing Bulls**

Red Bull's lineup includes Isack Hadjar, Yuki Tsunoda, and Patrick Friesacher. Racing Bulls will be represented by Liam Lawson, Arvid Lindblad, and Ayumu Iwasa, a notable 2025 Super Formula Champion.

**Alpine**

Alpine's Pierre Gasly and Franco Colapinto will drive the E20, a car that saw victory in 2012. Gasly will take the hill on Thursday, with Colapinto following on Saturday. Reserve driver Paul Aron, F2 racer Alex Dunne, and F1 Academy winner Nina Gademan will also be present.

**Williams**

In honor of Damon Hill's 1996 World Championship, Williams has restored his FW18 for the event, where Hill himself will take part. Reserve driver Luke Browning and adviser Jamie Chadwick will drive the 1982 title-winning FW08C.

**Aston Martin**

Aston Martin will feature reserve driver Jak Crawford and ambassador Jessica Hawkins, both making their debut appearances in the AMR25 at the new FOS Fan Zone.

Goodwood is set to be a treat for motorsport fans, blending history with modern racing excitement.
