McLaren couldn't have asked for a better start to the Miami Sprint, with Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri taking charge right from the get-go. Norris launched off the line with precision, quickly establishing himself at the front of the pack. His teammate, Oscar Piastri, made a bold move past Mercedes' Kimi Antonelli, ensuring a McLaren 1-2 in the early moments of the race.
For Kimi Antonelli, the opening lap was less than ideal. The young Italian found himself overtaken not only by Piastri but also by Ferrari's Charles Leclerc.
